Winery, Whinery!

As part of the perks of staying at Le Meridien Ra, we attended a free wine tour at local winery renowned for its - vinegar! We didn't know fine vinegars follow a very similar creation process as fine wines. We were able to sample some of their products and even the kids liked them! They produce their wines and vinegars in various ways: stainless steel, oaken kegs, and ceramic vats too. it was very interesting to see and learn about the process. Only drawback was a little one who "whined" about the different "fragrances" in the vinegar production facility and especially the cellar (basement) keg storage. I'm just glad there was nothing else that came "up!" Click the slideshow photos below to see who I mean!
